Liposuction
Using Liposuction Dr. Alexander can precisely remove fat from various parts of the body and help sculpt an individual’s body contours to their transition goals. These are safe, common procedures that are performed under general anesthesia.
Hourglass Lipo-Fat Transfer
After removing fat from specific areas of the body, Dr. Alexander then will transfer the purified fat to the hips to give the body a more feminine hourglass figure. For a more dramatic result, this procedure is usually combined with the Brazilian Butt Lift. The Hourglass Lipo-Fat Transfer surgery is performed under general anesthesia.
Tummy Tuck
Also called an abdominoplasty, a Tummy Tuck is intended to restore the flat appearance of the midsection. This is a procedure that can really benefit the trans woman who has had significant weight loss, as it removes excess skin and eliminates stretch marks and tightens the abdominal muscles. When performing a Tummy Tuck, Dr. Alexander also performs liposuction on the flanks area to achieve a smaller waistline.
While these Body Feminization procedures aren’t designed to be substitutes for weight loss, exercise or a healthy diet, they can be helpful to the trans woman who is in good health and is close to their normal body weight.
